Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Customized or personalized products
Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

Defective
Damaged during shipping
Incorrectly shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Non-Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier.
